Marketing Manager - Luxury Retail

Mission:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with global plans to enhance brand awareness, drive customer loyalty, and increase sales. Leverage CRM data and market research to analyze customer profiles, identify opportunities, and implement targeted promotions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Marketing:

    • Develop and execute localized marketing strategies based on global plans to strengthen brand value.
    • Utilize market research and customer data to plan optimal on/offline marketing programs in collaboration with HQ and internal teams.
    • Oversee project management, including budget planning, execution, and reporting.
  2. Trade Marketing:

    • Analyze brand performance and store dynamics to plan strategies that maximize sales.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to provide commercial support for partners (e.g., department stores) by proposing and executing activities aligned with their sales promotion schedules.
    • Manage partner media exposure and promotional tools in coordination with retail and merchandising teams.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in retail, luxury, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Native Japanese and fluent English required.
