We are looking for a Vice President of Project Management to lead data center projects in Japan. This senior role is essential for managing large projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet industry standards and company goals.

日本国内のデータセンター プロジェクトをリードするプロジェクト管理担当副社長を募集しています。この上級職は、大規模プロジェクトを最初から最後まで管理し、業界基準および会社の目標を達成するために不可欠な役割です。

Responsibilities:

Lead the project and construction management team, including contractors and vendors, to meet project goals.

プロジェクト目標を達成するために、請負業者やベンダーを含むプロジェクトおよび建設管理チームを指導する。

Work with stakeholders to set project goals and deliverables, considering cultural and business practice differences.

Oversee contractor management and coordination for Civil, Structural, and MEPF works.

土木、構造、MEPF工事における請負業者の管理および調整を監督する。

Ensure shop drawings match consultant designs for effective construction solutions.

Monitor the permitting process for compliance with Japanese laws and standards.

日本の法律および基準に準拠した許認可プロセスを監視する。

Manage project budgets and ensure efficient payment processes.

Use Microsoft Project to maintain schedules and provide updates.

Microsoft Projectを使用してスケジュールを管理し、更新情報を提供する。

Hold risk management meetings to identify and plan for potential risks.

Oversee construction and commissioning to ensure quality standards are met.

建設および試運転を監督し、品質基準が満たされていることを確認する。

Manage project closeout for smooth handover to the client.

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience in mission-critical development projects, preferably in data centers.

ミッションクリティカルな開発プロジェクトにおける10年以上の経験（データセンターでの経験が望ましい）。

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with different stakeholders.

優れたリーダーシップスキルおよび多様な関係者と円滑に協力できる能力。

Experience in both local and international companies.

国内および国際的な企業での経験。

Fluent in Japanese and English.

日本語と英語に堪能な方。

Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.

土木・構造工学、機械、電気、建築、または積算の学位を有する方。

Background in construction management for large projects, with a preference for greenfield data center site experience.

大規模プロジェクトの建設管理の経験があり、特にグリーンフィールド データセンターサイトでの経験がある方が望ましい。
