Job Title: Visual Merchandising (VMD) Manager - Luxury Fashion

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced VMD Manager to lead visual merchandising strategies and execution across retail stores. This role ensures that brand identity, seasonal concepts, and product storytelling are effectively communicated through impactful visual displays. The VMD Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and maintain high visual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute seasonal window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations.
• Partner with retail, marketing, and merchandising teams to align visual displays with sales objectives.
• Train and guide store teams on VM standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual consistency and provide feedback.
• Manage VM tools, props, and fixtures to optimize store presentation.
• Analyze sales data and customer insights to refine VM strategies.
• Coordinate with global and regional teams for VM alignment and execution.
