UI/UX Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- - Lead UX/UI design for web and mobile apps to ensure smooth and effective user experiences.
- - Manage UX/UI design projects from start to finish.
- - Support branding and creative efforts, including designing logos and multimedia content.
- - Mentor junior team members and participate in team-building activities.
- - Develop design assets and set design guidelines.
- - Build user experience frameworks based on client needs and user profiles.
- - Create detailed customer journey maps and requirement specs.
- - Develop site maps and information architecture to support key functions.
- - Design page layouts and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- - Conduct evaluations and user research to improve designs.

Qualifications:
- - More than 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile apps in both B2C and B2B settings.
- - Skilled in the full UX design process, including research and evaluation.
- - Experienced in managing UX/UI design projects and leading small teams.
- - Strong communication skills with stakeholders and team members.
- - Experience in creative direction and handling project challenges.
- - Experience in a consulting firm.
- - Knowledge of design systems and branding.
- - Background in front-end coding.
- - Business-level Japanese, with English as a plus.
- - B2CおよびB2B環境におけるウェブおよびモバイルアプリのUX/UIデザイン経験5年以上
