UI/UX Designer - Global Company/Remote OK

Our client is a global Marketing and Advertising leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business through the power of digitalization. They have about almost 10,000 employees in about 30 countries around the world. They have been in the business for 5 decades. They are rapidly growing in Japan office which has about 100 employees in the office. The Japanese team is currently supporting reforms that enhance their customers' performance and competitiveness.

They are looking for a UI/UX or Product Designer to work in helping their clients unlock customer experience success through a human-centered design approach. Their clients are leaders in the Consumer Goods industry.

The salary for this role is up to 8M or more, depending on experience and skills.

Required experience and skills:

• Able to communicate fluently in English and Japanese
• Creative and has good design skills with at least one of the following; Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Sketch, etc.
• 3 years of working experience, and able to work in agile/scrum development process.
• Client or customers facing experience
