Technology Service Integration Manager

Our client are an industry leader in retail / consumer goods, searching for a Technology Service Integration Manager This is a a team leadership role, and provides an opportunity to direct and manage the convergence and management of IT services across multiple providers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage a dedicated team.
- Supervise the integration of IT services delivered by multiple internal and external vendors.
- Evaluate and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with agreed standards.
- Foster operational-level collaboration among various service providers.
- Implement IT governance protocols in service integration and management.
- Conduct routine service audits with providers to encourage ongoing enhancements.
- Develop risk mitigation tactics, issue tracking, and conflict resolution processes.
- Analyze service delivery metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Mastery of Service Integration and Management frameworks and best practices.
- Proficient in data analytics for informed decision-making.
- Strong change management capabilities.
- ITIL Certification (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in Service Integration and Management.
- Over 10 years of experience in the Technology sector.
- At least 3 years in team management roles.
