Technical Account Manager / Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Interface with existing, new, and prospective clients.
  • - Lead technical discussions for ongoing business opportunities.
  • - Provide architectural and sizing recommendations to clients.
  • - Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
  • - Assist clients in building Proof of Concepts (POCs) and developing business cases.
  • - Create materials showcasing product functionality and performance.
  • - Lead internal initiatives to improve processes, systems, and tools.
  • - Collaborate with the marketing team on content, webinars, and campaigns.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • - Minimum of 3 years in sales engineering, technical sales, or similar roles.
  • - Experience with optimization systems and data science (preferred).
  • - Must be fluent in Japanese.
  • - Proficiency in at least 2 Languages (C, C++, Java, Python, C#, VB.NET).
