Talent Development Manager - Luxury Fashion & Apparel
We are hiring a Talent Development Manager for a leading luxury retail company in Tokyo.
In this role, you'll shape HR strategies, drive talent management, and enhance employee engagement to support business goals.
Responsibilities:
- - Develop and apply long-term HR strategies that align with global headquarters, ensuring coordination and effectiveness across international teams.
- - Engage in recruitment processes for both new graduates and experienced hires to meet staffing goals; lead recruitment and transfer planning.
- - Review and develop new job positions to meet strategic and business needs, working with departments to improve evaluation systems and training opportunities.
- - Plan and manage training programs for various job types and levels, identifying key business skills and ensuring necessary training is provided.
- - Contribute to global initiatives, Talent projects and collaborate with HR on new initiatives to improve the work environment.
Qualifications:
- - More than 7 years of experience in human resources or HR development.
- - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to manage a team.
- - Fluent in business English and native-level Japanese.
