Talent Acquisition Manager (path to HRBP!)

Our client are a growing AI tech startup based in Japan. They're recruiting a TA Manager who will take on broader HR responsibilities, with a growth path to HRBP.

Responsibilities:

• - Manage TA team
• - Lead hiring / recruitment strategies
• - Employer branding & marketing (eg. recruitment website and company materials).
• - HR process execution & improvement
• - Take on other HR functions and tasks (for career development and promotion preparation)

Qualifications

• - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• - Prior experience as a team manager (preferred)
• - Experience in technology industry (preferred)
• - Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
• - Ambition to take wider HR responsibilities and grow into HRBP.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese
