業務内容:

• 製品品質の向上、生産性の強化、および製造コストの削減を目的とするプロジェクトを管理。
• 地域ニーズに合わせた新しい製造技術の導入と適用。
• 異なる地域からの製造方法の転送を監督。
• 原材料の仕様に関する指導とアドバイス。
• 必要に応じての国内外出張、最大10％の時間。

求める資格:

• 製造工学および自動化プロセスに関する背景と経験。
• SOLIDWORKSやAutoCADなどのCADツールの使用経験。
• 製造業界でのリーダーシップ実績。

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects to enhance product quality, boost productivity, and cut manufacturing costs.
• Source and apply new manufacturing technologies for regional needs.
• Oversee the transfer of manufacturing methods from different regions.
• Offer guidance on raw material specifications.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required, up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications:

• Solid background in manufacturing engineering and automation processes.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as SOLIDWORKS or AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent Japanese communication ability is essential.
