Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote + Flex Time)
Our client are a well-known company in the luxury sector, recruiting a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.

Responsibilities:
- - Lead / manage a team.
- - Oversee the entire recruitment process for managerial and executive roles.
- - Use various sourcing methods (incl. social media, networking, and industry events).
- - Employer branding initiatives.
- - Engage with potential candidates proactively to maintain a strong network.
- - Analyze and report on recruitment metrics; provide recommendations to improve hiring practices.
- - Manage external vendors (recruitment agencies)
Qualifications:
- - 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- - People management experience (strongly preferred)
- - Experience in luxury, retail, or fashion industries (preferred).
- - Experience dealing with recruitment agencies.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
