Our client are a global healthcare product leader, recruiting someone experienced in HR / human resources to be Senior Strategic Talent Management Lead.

Responsibilities:

• - Define talent development strategy.
• - Lead talent review discussions and executive management meetings.
• - Work with HR Business Partners to implement talent development plans.
• - Develop and implement talent management programs focused on performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• - Advise senior leaders and HRBPs on performance and talent development.
• - Lead organizational change projects.
• - Manage leadership training programs.

Qualifications:

• - 5+ years of experience in HR
• - Experience in project management.
• - Experience in pharmaceutical or related industries (preferred).
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
