Senior Software Engineer - No JP Required / Up to 15M

Our client is a Japanese e-commerce and tech company offering a range of services, including online retail, fintech, digital content, and mobile communications, with a global presence.

They are seeking a senior backend software engineer who will develop and enhance core search systems, advancing rapid iteration in search technology. This role involves optimizing system performance, improving service stability, constructing a high-freshness index, and ensuring reliable offline data support, all contributing to a robust and efficient search product.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in backend service development or data engineering.
• Proficient in programming, with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Solid grasp of operating system and networking principles.
• Practical experience with at least one data processing framework, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
