Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Demonstrated experience as a team lead or in a similar leadership capacity
- Strong communication skills for leading teams and engaging with stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of software engineering best practices
- Exceptional problem-solving and debugging abilities
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
