Senior Search Engineer - Chat Commerce - 16M/Full-Remote

Our client is an AI marketing company based in Tokyo which pecializes in chat commerce solutions. The company seeks to transform digital customer service by combining AI-powered chatbots with communication design to provide personalized and automated interactions across platforms.

As a Senior Search Engineer, you'll be a key member of our team, focused on creating and improving search solutions for our conversational commerce platform. You'll design search algorithms to enhance the relevance, accuracy, and speed of chat interactions, ensuring the best user experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a search engineer
• Expertise in search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr, Lucene)
• Proficiency in Python/Java
• Fluency in English (Japanese is a plus)
