Senior Ruby Developer - Remote OK/AI Firm/Up to 12M

We are actively working with a growing company based in Tokyo that specialize in AI Robotics and Architecture design to solve problems, including algorithm design, data collection methods, operational milestone design and the specialized project management with Japan's industry leaders in a wide array of fields such as medicine, geology, agriculture, biotechnology or manufacturing.

They are always seeking new and innovative ways to leverage technical solutions to bring ideas to life and grow their clients' businesses. Now, they have a new interesting project for innovating modern architecture for their customers using the latest AI Engineer

Required experience and qualifications

• Fluency in English. Japanese is a plus.
• Full-stack engineer proficient, with 3+ years in Ruby on Rails and 9+ years in software development.
• Strong proficiency with Docker and containerization strategies
• Familiarity with LLM would be good to have
