Senior Human Resources Generalist (Growing Tech Company)
Our client are a fast-growing software company, recruiting a Senior HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:
- - Lead HR process improvement initiatives.
- - Enhance accessibility of employee services.
- - Handle new employee onboarding.
- - Manage company benefits, health insurance, and wellness programs.
- - Balance operational needs with employee experience when handling various leave types.
- - Provide daily HR consultation to employees and help with document requests.
- - Keep HR and related systems up-to-date, ensuring data accuracy.
- - Manage external vendor for Payroll processes.
Qualifications:
- - At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Operations roles
- - Experience working in fast-growing environments / startups (preferred)
- - Experience in tech companies (preferred).
- - Experience in creating HR processes and implementing HR systems.
- - Experience in managing Payroll and social insurance.
- - Ability to develop new processes
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
