Our client are a fast-growing software company, recruiting a Senior HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead HR process improvement initiatives.
• - Enhance accessibility of employee services.
• - Handle new employee onboarding.
• - Manage company benefits, health insurance, and wellness programs.
• - Balance operational needs with employee experience when handling various leave types.
• - Provide daily HR consultation to employees and help with document requests.
• - Keep HR and related systems up-to-date, ensuring data accuracy.
• - Manage external vendor for Payroll processes.

Qualifications:

• - At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Operations roles
• - Experience working in fast-growing environments / startups (preferred)
• - Experience in tech companies (preferred).
• - Experience in creating HR processes and implementing HR systems.
• - Experience in managing Payroll and social insurance.
• - Ability to develop new processes
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
