Our client are a leader in data management, seeking an experienced HRBP in Tokyo.
You will have the opportunity to drive HR strategy, and to collaborate with overseas teams on HR policy development.
Responsibilities
- Manage & oversee all HR operations in Japan.
- Lead the development and implementation of new HR initiatives.
- Manage local HR projects and change programs, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Guide leaders in implementing company policies and managing personnel.
- Support positive employee relations and address employee issues effectively.
- Uphold compliance and integrity in HR practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8-12 years of Human Resources experience.
- Knowledge of Japanese employment laws.
- Change management & project management skills.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Proficiency in HR databases (SAP or similar).
