Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) 人事

Location: Tokyo

Our client are a leader in data management, seeking an experienced HRBP in Tokyo.

You will have the opportunity to drive HR strategy, and to collaborate with overseas teams on HR policy development.

Responsibilities

• Manage & oversee all HR operations in Japan.
• Lead the development and implementation of new HR initiatives.
• Manage local HR projects and change programs, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
• Guide leaders in implementing company policies and managing personnel.
• Support positive employee relations and address employee issues effectively.
• Uphold compliance and integrity in HR practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• 8-12 years of Human Resources experience.
• Knowledge of Japanese employment laws.
• Change management & project management skills.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Proficiency in HR databases (SAP or similar).
