A leading company in the Internet / gaming sector is hiring a Senior HR Information Systems Analyst.

The role is part of a global team that reports directly to global HQ, focusing on enhancing HRIS functionalities. The ideal candidates will be able to communicate in both English and Japanese.

Responsibilities:

• Design and integrate new features in HR platforms used by the company such as Workday.
• Offer technical support for multiple HR technology tools.
• Ensure HR data integrity and lead system improvement projects.
• Establish operational relationships with vendors and HR teams.
• Manage HR system projects, including upgrades and policy changes.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with Workday HCM and reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management and working with senior leadership.
• Knowledge of multiple HRIS tools with experience in a global organizational setting.
• Project Management certification an advantage.
