We are looking for a Senior HRGA Manager for our client in the IT services industry. You will align HR tasks with strategic goals, helping the company as it expands.


Responsibilities:

• - Lead recruitment and hiring to attract and retain top talent.
• - Manage employee moves, including travel, relocation, and visas, ensuring everything is smooth and compliant.
• - Help develop and implement pay and benefits plans.
• - Handle employee relations and make sure company policies are followed.

Qualifications

• - Proven HR management experience, including working as an HR Business Partner.
• - Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and employee relations.
• - Excellent communication and people skills.
• - Fluency in Japanese and English is a must.
