They're looking for a Senior HRBP.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Handle succession planning, performance reviews, and development programs
• - Streamline & improve HR processes.
• - Develop new HR processes.
• - Assist with key projects such as mergers and acquisitions, and organizational changes
• - Help set contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
• - Evaluate training programs
• - Stay up-to-date with legal requirements for employee management

Qualifications:

• - 5+ years in HR
• - Experience as a HR business partner/generalist.
• - Experience in multinational companies
• - Understanding of relevant laws, guidelines and policies
• - Knowledge of organization development, change management, talent and leadership development
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
