Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)


We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading retail company in Japan. In this role, you will help shape HR strategies and improve workplace culture and performance. You will work with senior leaders to achieve key business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Work with the Japan Leadership Team to improve organizational effectiveness and achieve business goals.
• - Promote a positive workplace culture with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
• - Guide the organization through changes and introduce new HR practices.
• - Provide advice on talent management, workforce planning, and performance improvement.
• - Collaborate with specialist teams to address and resolve employee issues.

Qualifications:

• - More than 8 years of experience in HR business partnering or as an HR Generalist, preferably in the retail sector.
• - Knowledge in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, total rewards, and employee relations.
• - Strong analytical skills to use HR data for strategic decisions.
• - Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• - Ability to work well in a matrix organization and build trust with all stakeholders.
