Senior HR Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a leading software company in Tokyo. This role is key in pushing forward the company's HR strategies that support its business goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with leaders across different departments to help the company grow and innovate.
Responsibilities:
- - Work with senior leaders to solve organizational challenges and support growth by improving capabilities.
- - Offer objective, data-based insights on HR and organizational issues, and create practical strategies.
- - Collaborate with global, regional, and local HR teams and other departments to meet business goals.
- - Support organizational development efforts, such as design, succession planning, talent development, and change management, to boost employee engagement.
- - Partner with Centers of Excellence to align resources with priorities, focusing on talent investment and workforce planning.
- - Work with Talent Management to identify and nurture key talent, enhancing performance management through effective feedback.
- - Coordinate with Centers of Excellence to deliver HR programs like employee engagement surveys, leadership development, annual rewards, and workforce planning.
