Senior Engineering Manager - eCommerce - Up to 20M

As a senior engineering manager, you'll lead a core backend platform, overseeing team management, strategy, operations, and stakeholder relations. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll ensure smooth daily operations and project progress. You'll also focus on team development, supporting career growth, and raising organizational standards.

Requirements:

• People management experiene of teams with 10+ members
• Experience in building and operating high-traffic platforms
• Good understanding of both business and technology
• Fluency in both English and Japanese
