Responsibilities:

Oversee daily Credit Services operations, including document management, monitoring loan operations, and regulatory reporting.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Credit Services, providing guidance to business and offshore teams.
Conduct quality checks on offshore team performance.
Support Banking Operations, Wealth, and Mortgage as required.

Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years of experience in loan operations preferred.
Knowledge of banking processes.
Knowledge of credit proposals and post-approval.
