職務内容:

• 長期的なブランド保護戦略の開発を主導
• 地域知的財産（IP）の責任者としての役割を果たす
• アンチカウンターフェイティング対策をリードし、eコマースプラットフォーム、税関、警察と連携
• グローバルIP関係者と協力して、執行努力を調整
• 無許可の製品流通を調査し、商標問題を管理

応募資格:

• 知的財産法および商標執行に関する強い知識
• データプライバシー/データ保護に関する知識と理解
• 国際的なマトリックス環境での勤務経験
• 日本および/または外国の弁護士資格（優遇）
