Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager for a leading company in the financial services sector. In this role, you will lead a team to develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies. Your work will ensure that reward practices are competitive, efficient, and compliant with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reward strategies covering compensation, benefits, and pensions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team, handling hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- Work with HR and external consultants on strategic projects.
- Plan budgets and set policies for compensation and benefits.
- Manage vendor relationships following internal standards.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in managing compensation and benefits.
- Must be bilingual in Japanese and English.
- Strong knowledge of financial services operations and economics.
- Proven leadership and relationship management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
