Job Description:

We are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Analyst to drive the design and development of worldwide systems for our clients. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in clarifying business requirements, coordinating with international teams, and spearheading initiatives for service introduction across diverse countries.

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis and Requirements Definition:

  • Elaborate on business requirements for internal and external engineers.
  • Translate business requirements into functional system requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between business figures in different countries, coordinating functions and solutions attainable in the global system.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster collaboration with business representatives and engineers to harmonize and outline requirements for system design.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with a range of stakeholders across various countries in a global business setting.
  • Transform requirements into tangible system designs and implementations.

• Quality Assurance and Testing:

  • Formulate and execute test plans in alignment with business requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum Criteria:

• A track record of 8+ years as a business analyst.
• Proficiency in upstream system processes (business analysis, requirements definition) for business systems.
• Experience in managing global projects and navigating the intricacies of global business.
• The ability to coordinate and collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders across multiple countries.

Skills:

• A keen logical aptitude and strong articulation skills.
• Familiarity with business and engineering terminology.
• Capability to document requirements with an understanding of SDLC.
• A genuine interest in staying abreast of the latest technology trends.

Language Proficiency:

• Proficiency in English at a business level (if you are Japanese), or
• Proficiency in a Japanese at a business level if you are an expat living in Japan (N3 or above)

Desirable Skills:

• Basic comprehension of financial operations, with an emphasis on banks and securities.
• Prior involvement in the introduction and evolution of ERP.
• Experience in the development and implementation of business systems.
