Senior Business Analyst, CRM (global retail) - Bilingual Japanese/English

Our client, a global retail company, is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst for CRM & Marketing Systems to lead the development of a new CRM system tailored to the company's needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the global HQ on key projects and system enhancements.

This position offers flexible working hours and a hybrid/remote work model.

• 外部ベンダーとの関係管理
• システム改善および新システムの導入を主導
• マーケティング、財務、店舗運営、顧客関係チームとの協力
• ビジネスニーズを理解し、効果的なシステムソリューションに変換
• CRMおよびマーケティングシステムの強化と維持
• 1次サポートデスク、2次サポートとの連携でCRMおよびマーケティングシステムの問題に対処

【応募資格】

• システムサポートにおける5年以上の経験（要件分析、プログラム開発、テストを含む）
• ベンダー管理の経験
• CRMシステム、マーケティングオートメーション、デジタルマーケティングシステムの経験
• 店舗運営および小売または消費財業界の知識（優遇）
• eコマース/ウェブシステムにおけるプロジェクト管理スキル（優遇）
