• サポート製品のビジネスプロセスの確立・維持
• プロセスの自動化
• ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを通じた新たなビジネスニーズの特定
• 新機能がビジネスニーズに適合するかの評価
• プロダクトオーナーと協力してチームの業務を遂行
• 製品品質の維持とチームの予算監視
• システム開発と保守活動の調整

必要な資格:

• ユーザーニーズとビジネス目標を理解し、これを満たす能力
• 開発チームとビジネスステークホルダーと協力するチームプレーヤー
• Scrum、Kanban、Agile手法の経験が望ましい
