Salesforce Developer - Financial Services Firm - Up to 12M

Our client is a global financial services organization with an integrated network across more than 30 countries. Their IT department in Japan is a diverse environment, employing individuals from over 25 nationalities, who focus on technical support, application development, and implementing system changes for both the Japan Retail Wealth Management Business and Global Wholesale operations (including Global Markets and Investment Banking).

As a Salesforce Developer you will utilize best practices to drive adoption and integrate with various third-party and internal platforms to create a unified client ecosystem. The role requires close collaboration with sales and business managers, as well as partnering with teams across multiple regions and divisions, including Sales, Research, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Corporate functions.



Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Expertise in LWC and APEX
• Knowledge of integreating Salesforce with 3rd party vendords
• Fluency in English and Japanese (At least N2 Level)
