We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive client relationships and promote solutions within major financial institutions.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Communicate the company's value and meet sales targets, focusing on new and repeat business.
- Lead contract talks and guide sales strategies to successful results.
- Find and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Work with product specialists to meet client needs effectively.
- Conduct in-person meetings to move sales forward and close deals.
- Stay informed about the company's products and market advantages.
- Understand client structures to recommend suitable solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in selling complex solutions, especially to large financial institutions.
- At least 8 years in solution sales or relationship management.
- Strong market knowledge and connections with senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; background in finance, economics, risk, or compliance is a plus.
- Skilled in consultative selling and finding cross-selling opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
