The role also includes opportunities for strategic involvement, travel, and event management.


主な職務内容：

• - 営業プロモーションの調整および時間通りの実施。
• - 各チーム向けのコミュニケーション資料の作成・管理、迅速な共有の確保。
• - 正確なレポートの作成による意思決定のサポート。
• - トレーニング資料とサポートドキュメントの作成・提供。
• - イベントや表彰プログラムの企画・運営。
• - 各チームとの協力による営業活動の調整。
• - 営業プロセスの見直しと改善。
• - 新入社員へのツール、プロセス、ベストプラクティスのトレーニング。
• - 本社との連携を通じ、現地営業戦略に必要な承認を取得。

必要な資格と経験：

• - 学士号が望ましい。
• - 営業またはマーケティング分野での4年以上の経験。
• - 日本語と英語に堪能で、優れた文書および口頭のスキル。
• - 優れた組織力と細部への注意力。
• - 自立して働く能力と、ディストリビューターや同僚との良好な関係を維持する能力。
• - 必要に応じて出張や週末勤務が可能な方。
