Sales Manager (Global Hotel Group)
Our client are a global hotel group, recruiting a Sales Manager for a major Tokyo property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to meet targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with important clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to find new business opportunities.
- Lead sales promotions & collaborate on room pricing strategy.
- Marketing & promotions in collaboration with marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in hotel or travel agency / OTA industry (Travel Agency / OTA are welcome to apply).
- Team leadership experience (preferred)
- MUST be fluent in Japanese.
