Sales Development Representative - Japanese Speaking

Key Responsibilities:
- - Find new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- - Have in-depth discussions with senior executives, like Directors of Sustainability or Procurement.
- - Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- - Promote sustainability and CSR in global supply chains.
- - Work with Marketing and Account Executives to create strategies and messages for regional opportunities.
- - Use emails, calls, and LinkedIn to qualify leads and grow the sales pipeline.
- - Engage with potential clients, both inbound and outbound.
- - Achieve or surpass sales targets.
- - Keep up with industry trends and competitor strategies.
- - Provide weekly reports on performance and activities.
- - Create and present quarterly business plans to stakeholders.
- - Record all communications in Salesforce to track trends and improvement areas.
- - Use social networks to find new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, or a related field.
- - Experience in sales development, lead generation, sales, and/or marketing; cold calling or prospecting experience is a plus.
- - Background in sustainability, CSR, or procurement is helpful.
- - Fluent in English and Japanese, able to handle complex discussions.
- - Familiar with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or similar sales tools.
- - Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- - Excellent listening, problem-solving, and resilience skills.
