Plan and deliver training programs aligned with the business's fast-paced changes to enhance store field capabilities in partnership with retail field leaders (Retail/Outlet Heads, Regional Leaders, GMs).
Develop the team (including dotted reports) into a retail business enabler to support business KPIs, NPS, and customer engagement.
Act as a retail business partner to update training methods, ensuring they drive sales, market share, profitability, and customer experience improvements.
Conduct regular needs assessments to identify and address skill, behavior, and knowledge gaps, focusing on retail capabilities beyond selling skills.
Monitor KPIs, including sales performance, NPS, mystery shopper scores, employee engagement, and turnover improvements.
Collaborate with Buying, VMD, and CX teams to align training with seasonal needs and drive workshop effectiveness.
Lead global and local RT&D projects to improve customer service and experience.
Enhance organizational fashion and lifestyle knowledge to support brand transformation.
Foster open communication, inclusive coaching, and self-development for retail and outlet leaders through tailored tools, TTT sessions, and career conversations.
