Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets.
- Collaborate with marketing on impactful campaigns for launches.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with B2B clients and ensure retail locations are staffed and efficient.
- Oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, and maximize profitability.
- Identify and secure new distribution opportunities and tier-1 locations.
- Recruit and onboard team members for new stores.
Experience and Skills
- 5+ years in retail management, preferably in beauty or luxury.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to align operations with strategy and optimize performance.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
