主な業務内容：

• リテール業務全般を管理し、卓越した顧客サービスと強力なブランドプレゼンスを確保します。
• Eコマース戦略を監督し、デジタル販売を促進し、オンラインでの可視性を向上させます。
• 市場シェアと利益を拡大するための新しいリテール戦略を策定・実施します。
• 異なるチームと連携し、リテールとデジタル戦略が全体のビジネス目標をサポートするように調整します。
• 店舗マネージャーをサポートし、売上目標を達成し、高い顧客サービス基準を維持するためのトレーニングを提供します。
• 市場のトレンドと消費者行動を研究し、ビジネスの意思決定を導き、新たな機会を見出します。

応募資格：

• ラグジュアリー、ファッション、アパレルでの豊富なリテールマネジメント経験。
• Eコマース運営の管理における実績。
• 多様なチームをインスパイアし、モチベートする強力なリーダーシップスキル。
• 優れた戦略的計画能力と意思決定スキル。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。
• 英語と日本語に堪能であることが望ましい。
