Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance new and existing products.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams on large-scale projects.
- Maintain and improve system performance.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in full-cycle software development (any language).
- Experience building scalable systems and handling client-facing responsibilities in Japanese.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Japanese proficiency (N2 or higher) required.
- Must reside in Japan with a valid work visa or hold Japanese nationality.
