Regional Talent & Learning Partner (Global FMCG)
Our client are a global FMCG company, recruiting a Talent & Learning Partner to take responsibility for multiple countries in Asia.
You'll design & implement talent management and capability-building programs across the region.
This is a chance for an experienced HR to step into a strategic role with regional responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Manage talent & learning strategy for multiple countries in the APAC region.
- Partner with the global learning team.
- Collaborate with local HR directors / teams.
- Ensure that best-practice performance management is utilized across the region.
- Lead processes for talent identification and development.
- Coach managers and employees on talent assessment, calibration, and development plans.
- Facilitate talent management workshops.
- Understand the aspirations and development needs of staff.
- Design and develop learning materials for various format (eg. face-to-face courses and online programs).
Requirements:
- Relevant HR experience.
- Experience in both talent management and capability building.
- Experience as HRBP (preferred).
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to communicate across both regions and cultures.
- Experience in instructional design and facilitation (preferred).
- Must be fluent in Japanese.
