Regional Commercial IT Business Partner
Location: Tokyo (Hybrid)
Position Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Regional Commercial IT Business Partner to drive digital transformation and optimize technical operations within the commercial technologies. This role will focus on leading initiatives across commercial IT Project Delivery (ERP, CRM, BI, E-commerce), Security, Compliance and Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Commercial Team to ensure the alignment of IT strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the regiobal commercial team to enhance technical operations and lead digital transformation efforts across various commercial technologies.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and resource allocation.
- Develop and manage project budgets and coordinate resources effectively.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders across different markets to understand and address their IT needs.
- Analyze and design business processes, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and support web/mobile solutions, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and data management systems.
- Ensure effective deployment and utilization of BI tools, CRM solutions, and SNS platforms.
- Maintain a solid understanding of cloud platforms and general SAP functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with network security protocols and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a commercial IT role within retail, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or other B2C domains.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and develop budgets.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders in various locations.
- Proficiency in business process analysis, design, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of web/mobile solutions, e-commerce platforms, data management, and BI tools.
- Proficiency in CRM solutions, online commerce and cloud platforms.
- General understanding of SAP and related technologies.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to IT management.
