We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to join our client's Third Party Asset Management Division. This role involves working with a variety of asset types, making it a great fit for someone with a strong background in real estate asset management, brokerage, acquisitions, or advisory.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of real estate assets.

不動産資産ポートフォリオの管理を行う。

Create and apply strategies to increase property value and returns.

資産価値と収益を向上させる戦略を策定し実行する。

Conduct market research to find investment opportunities.

市場調査を行い、投資機会を見つける。

Work with teams from brokerage, acquisitions, and advisory.

仲介、取得、アドバイザリーの各チームと協力する。

Prepare and present financial reports and asset performance analyses.

財務報告書と資産パフォーマンス分析を作成し、プレゼンテーションを行う。

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in real estate asset management or related fields.

不動産アセットマネジメントまたは関連分野での8年以上の経験。

Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.

優れた分析スキルとファイナンシャルモデリングの経験。

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉力。

Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
