In this key role, you will ensure that the products meet the highest quality standards in the healthcare sector. You will work with a leading company to develop and deliver life-saving products, lead quality assurance projects, and drive change.

Key Responsibilities


Manage quality assurance processes for medical devices, ensuring they meet international standards and regulations.
医療機器の品質保証プロセスを管理し、国際規格および関連規制を満たすことを保証する。

Lead quality audits and manage systems to improve product reliability.
品質監査を主導し、製品の信頼性向上のためのシステムを管理する。

Work with various teams to promote continuous improvement in quality management.
各部門と連携し、品質管理の継続的な改善を推進する。

Create and maintain quality documents, including procedures, policies, and manuals.
手順書、ポリシー、マニュアルなどの品質関連文書を作成・管理する。

Collect data and produce reports for management to track performance.
データを収集し、経営陣向けのパフォーマンス分析レポートを作成する。

Qualifications


Experience in quality assurance, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
品質保証の実務経験（特に医療業界または医療機器分野での経験が望ましい）。

Strong knowledge of regulatory standards like ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
ISO 13485やFDA規制などの品質基準に関する深い知識を有する方。

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
優れた問題解決能力と細部への注意力を持つ方。

Ability to work on your own and handle several projects at once.
主体的に業務を進め、複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理できる方。

Strong communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
多様なチームを管理できる優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップを持つ方。
