主な業務内容：

- 品質保証プロトコルを作成し、業界基準を満たすよう維持
- 定期的な監査とレビューを行い、改善が必要な分野を特定し、修正
- 異なるチームと協力して、品質向上のための取り組みや患者の安全を高める
- スタッフに対して品質保証プロセスやベストプラクティスを指導
- 品質指標を追跡し、継続的な改善のために経営陣に報告

応募資格：

- ヘルスケア分野での品質保証経験が3年以上ある方
- ヘルスケア規制とコンプライアンスに関する知識がある方
- 複雑なデータを理解するための優れた分析力
- プロジェクトを管理し、他者に影響を与えるリーダーシップ能力
- 優れた英語コミュニケーション能力（日本語ができれば尚可）
