Key Responsibilities


Create and implement PR strategies to improve brand visibility and reputation in the hospitality industry.

Handle media relations, write press releases, arrange interviews, and build strong media connections.
メディア対応、プレスリリースの作成、インタビューの調整を行い、強固なメディアネットワークを構築する。

Work with marketing and management to develop communication plans that support business goals.
マーケティング部門や経営陣と連携し、ビジネス目標を支援するコミュニケーション計画を策定する。

Manage crisis communication to handle and solve PR issues effectively.
危機管理広報を担当し、PR上の問題に迅速かつ効果的に対応する。

Evaluate PR campaigns and provide insights and suggestions for better results.
PRキャンペーンの評価を行い、より良い成果を得るための分析と提案を行う。

Lead and guide a PR team to encourage teamwork and high performance.

Qualifications


More than 3 years of experience in public relations, ideally in hospitality.
広報業務の実務経験が3年以上ある方（ホスピタリティ業界での経験があれば尚可）。

Success in managing media relations and campaigns.
メディアリレーションおよびキャンペーンの管理において成功した実績を持つ方。

Excellent writing and speaking skills, with the ability to create compelling stories.
優れた文章力とプレゼンテーションスキルを持ち、魅力的なストーリーを作成できる方。

Experience in crisis management and ability to work well under pressure.
危機管理の経験があり、プレッシャーの中でも冷静に対応できる方。

Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
チームの管理・育成の経験を持ち、リーダーシップを発揮できる方。

Fluency in Japanese and English is a strong advantage.
