Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

Our are a global datacenter company, undergoing continued growth in Japan. They're recruiting a Project Manager in Osaka to oversee construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all stages of construction (from pre-construction to commissioning).
Ensure high standards of cost, quality, and program control.
Lead and review onsite safety management procedures.
Develop and monitor construction programs and costs.
Coordinate with internal and external consultants.
Assist in contract preparation and negotiation.
Provide detailed reports to Executive Management.
Maintain standards for program monitoring and cost control.
Ensure compliance with local regulations.
Ensure proper handover to operations team.
Liaise with MEP consultants and power authorities.
Manage contractor performance and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:

Experience in complex construction projects.
Experience in data center construction (preferred).
6+ years management experience required.
Experience in CSA and MEP construction management.
PMP certification (preferred).
MUST be fluent in Japanese.
