Provide Relationship Management and Account Management coverage to highly sophisticated institutional clients to provide reporting on funds.
Create reports to evaluate performance, identify client needs and development requests, and manage relationship with clients on non-investment matters.
Partner with portfolio managers and firm management members on objectives through enablement/unblocking of revenue opportunities.
Serve as the voice of the client in product development and support forums.
Create action plans to continuously improve service delivery and operational processes.
Develop and implement domestic distribution channels with fiduciaries / asset managers.
Qualifications
Strong client management experience and proven client service competencies.
Excellent knowledge of the equity related asset management business and general market knowledge.
Previous working experience at an asset management firm or hedge fund.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability manage multiple client deliverables while balancing internal and external stakeholder demand.
