主な業務内容：

- 製品のライフサイクル全般を統括
- 市場ニーズに基づいた戦略的な製品計画の立案・実行
- R&D、マーケティング、営業チームとの協力による製品の成功確保
- 市場動向と顧客フィードバックの分析と製品開発への反映
- 製品の改善と顧客満足度の向上
- チームをリードし、協力的で高いパフォーマンスを発揮できる文化を醸成

応募資格：

- バイオテクノロジーまたはヘルスケア業界での製品管理経験
- バイオテクノロジー製品および市場動向に関する深い知識
- 優れたリーダーシップおよびチーム管理能力
- データと市場動向を分析し、戦略的な意思決定を行う能力
- 高いコミュニケーション能力（文書および口頭）
- 日本語と英語の両方に堪能であることが望ましい
