Pre Sales Consultant / Solutions Consultant - SaaS Industry


We are looking for a skilled Pre Sales Consultant / Solutions Consultant specializing in cybersecurity for a top SaaS company. This role is vital in helping the sales team by providing technical knowledge and showing the benefits of our security solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Work with the sales team to customize cybersecurity solutions for clients.
  • - Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to highlight product features.
  • - Offer technical support and guidance during the sales process, answering client questions.
  • - Gain a deep understanding of cybersecurity products, including their features and how they integrate.
  • - Help prepare proposals and respond to RFPs.
  • - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor insights to improve product positioning.
  • - Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to engage with clients.


Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
  • - Proven experience in presales or technical consulting in cybersecurity.
  • - Skill in deploying and configuring cybersecurity solutions.
  • - Strong presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex topics simply.
  • - Ability to handle multiple projects both independently and as part of a team.
  • - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer needs.
  • - Fluency in Japanese is required; English is a plus.
  • - Relevant cybersecurity certifications.
  • - Experience with solutions like Arcsight, Voltage, NetIQ, Fortify, or EnCase.
