PR & Communications Manager

The PR & Communications Manager drives brand awareness and sales through strategic PR, media relations, and events. This role requires creativity, proactivity, and collaboration with regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies, media relations, and social media plans.

• Plan and manage events, promotions, and celebrity/influencer partnerships.

• Secure media coverage across TV, digital, and print.

• Oversee product placements and monitor influencer activity.

• Analyze results, report insights, and manage budgets.

• Train and lead a PR assistant.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in PR, marketing, or events.

• Strong media and influencer connections.

• Proactive, creative, and team-oriented.

• Experience managing staff.

• Fluent in Japanese, business-level English.

Reports to: Managing Director, Asia.
